My Story

Celebrations have always been a part of my life. For more than 15 years, I had the opportunity to grow up alongside my mom in the wedding industry, seeing firsthand how much heart, planning, and detail go into creating a day people will remember forever.

At 18, I began my own journey behind the bar at the iconic Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. From there, I continued developing my craft in downtown Covington, where I became a head bartender and supervisor. Those experiences taught me more than how to make a great drink—they taught me how to create an atmosphere, take care of people, and keep a celebration moving effortlessly.

After nearly two years in that role, I realized it was time to build something of my own: something rooted in hospitality, creativity, and the moments that bring people together.

The Bar Assembly was created to make life’s most important celebrations feel more cinematic, more personal, and a whole lot more fun. My goal is simple: to bring joy, elevate the experience, and help create memories that guests will still be talking about long after the last toast.
